Questions
Who can invest with Vallare?
Generally only wholesale or sophisticated investors, as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). We can explain what that means when we talk.
Do you invest in your own projects?
Yes. We put our own money into every project we run.
What kind of projects do you develop?
High-end freehold houses. Usually we buy a well-located block, split it into lots and build a house on each. Our current projects are in Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast.
How long is my money tied up?
It depends on the project. Our current projects take around two years from buying the site to finishing. Each project sets out its expected timeline up front.
How will I know how the project is going?
We send regular updates on approvals, construction, budget and sales, with the numbers behind them.
